Esmerald Health Services Corp: is always seeking a highly capable continuous care LPN and RN to monitor our patients and report changes in their condition. In this role, RN & LPN will be responsible for skilled nursing services within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act (NPA), updating patient files, and instructing families on patient care.
